Just Protests
do not take my silence
to be approval.

i might never react
on how your improper action
made me feel.

i might like doing it
the Japanese way.
or maybe, it's my own way.

i'll continue
as if it's all so normal
and behave the way i ever did.

in pursuit of justice
i would start doing more
and better.

you cannot understand
why i do it;
and you don't want to think.

you cannot predict
how i'll react
to the commonest situations.

i do not expect you to know:
from my height now,
you're too far below.

it is not so easy for me.
and it won't be for you
when realization dawns late,

that i was just showing you
the worst face of protest
ever.
